Abstract

The K21 quality development project at the Library of the Eötvös Loránd University (University Library Services in short) has been conducting regular surveys of demand and satisfaction among readers, with special regard to faculty. In addition, similar surveys were carried out as part of the University Library’s own projects which included questions about the library. Part of the responses indicated unanimously that the traditional working process of document delivery needs to be changed, and this need was confirmed by feedback from readers and the experience of librarians in daily library use.
